Euexia (Greek εὐεξία, eu-exia) means good condition: the wellbeing and vigour of body that good health rests on. It's what we build toward, and what your data helps you reach.
Why it exists
Phones and watches collect a great deal about us and explain very little. The health apps that do explain tend to do it with generic ranges, engagement nudges and a business model built on the data itself. Euexia Health was started to make the opposite: a data-driven personal health intelligence platform, a calm place where your own records are read against your own baseline and goal, in plain language, with nothing sold on the side.
What we hold ourselves to
- Your baseline, not a population's. Change is measured against your own history.
- Checked numbers. Written text is verified against the data before you see it.
- Association, not cause. Relationships between measurements are described as what they are.
- Information, not advice. Euexia does not diagnose, prescribe or treat.
- Nothing sold on the side. No ads, no trackers, no data sharing for marketing.
- Leave whenever you like. Export everything; delete everything.
