On Free, the pages, charts, summaries, the briefing and the Analyst use the last 30 days of your history. On Premium they use your full history.
Questions
Is Free really free for as long as I like?
Yes. There is no time limit. Free shows the last 30 days of your history and currently allows 10 AI Analyst questions a day.
What does "30 days" mean exactly?
Whole calendar days in your own time zone, today included. The window moves forward each day.
How does the daily question limit work?
Currently 10 AI Analyst questions a day on Free, reset daily in your time zone. The Account page shows how many are left. The daily briefing does not count. Premium has no daily limit.
Monthly or annual?
Premium is $9.99 per month, or $99.99 per year as an annual membership, which saves $19.89 (about 17%) against twelve monthly payments. Nothing else is offered at this time.
Can I move back from Premium to Free?
Yes. The pages and the Analyst then show the last 30 days of your history.
Does the iPhone app cost extra?
No. It is part of your account on either plan. The iPhone app is free to download and has no in-app purchases.
Do you sell our data?
No. We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run Euexia, for example the AI that answers your questions, and only to deliver the service to you.
Which plan am I on?
Settings → Account in the app shows your plan and the limits that apply to you.
Is the AI medical advice?
No. The Analyst and the briefing are for information only. They do not diagnose, treat or rule anything out, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
